(Though the Corrupt and Illegal Practices Ordinance (
Cap. 288) was repealed, this Order (now
Cap. 554 sub. leg. H) continues in force so far as it is not inconsistent with the Elections (Corrupt and Illegal Conduct) Ordinance (
Cap. 554) and has the like effect for all purposes as if made under
Cap. 554 — see
section 48 of
Cap. 554.)
