This order may be cited as the Detention Centre (Consolidation) Order.

Sha Tsui Correctional Institution (the place and buildings situated at 35 Shek Pik Reservoir Road, Lantau Island), except those parts of the Institution known as Blocks B, D and E and Workshops No. 1 and 2, is appointed to be a detention centre.
