1. Citation

This Notice may be cited as the Prevention of Bribery (Exclusion of Bodies and Members of Bodies of Educational Institutions) Notice.

2. Exclusion of bodies

The bodies specified in the second column of the First Schedule (being bodies of the educational institutions specified in relation thereto in the first column of the First Schedule) are excluded for the purposes of the definition of public servant in section 2(1) of the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance (Cap. 201).

3. Exclusion of members

The persons specified in the third column of the Second Schedule (being members of the bodies specified in relation thereto in the first and second columns of the Second Schedule) are excluded from the definition of public servant in section 2(1) of the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance (Cap. 201).
